One Month Weight Loss
This is going to be a really short, quick update as time has gotten away from us tonight, War of the Ring is really addictive!
So after exercising today I decided to weigh myself. I’m not someone who does that regularly, even when I’m trying to get healthy, but it has been a month since I started being more active and I wanted to check to make sure I was actually progressing!
I am. In the thirty days since I started I have lost 6lbs. I’m pretty pleased with that, especially considering I’ve only really been doing stomach work outs and relatively short runs and I’ve not really changed my diet much at all. Imagine what I could do if I really tried?!
That’s going to do it tonight. Hell it’s already tomorrow so I’ll be back today.
We went to a cool new bar today.
