Chicken Parm

Okay I've got a few days to catch up on so they're going to be brief!

I was home before Sara today so I cooked up a meal I've been wanting to try out for a little while, chicken parmesan.

It's basically a breaded chicken with a bunch of cheese and herbs and spices.

I did the whole thing from scratch, none of that store bought sauce or anything. It was a really fun, rewarding process.

I used a recipe I found online as my guide and then pretty much winged it with the quantity of ingredients.

The only thing I'd do differently next time is about half the amount of onion in the tomato sauce, it wasn't bad, it was just quite pronounced.
